Most doctors specialize in a particular aspect of medicine (pediatrics, orthopedics, etc.).  Most attorneys specialize in a particular type of law (family law, personal injury, etc.).  I specialize in home marketing.  I have invested the time to understand how to market homes to the right buyers who offer the best terms to ensure a timely, convenient and profitable sale.  I do this not to be the “best Realtor in town”, but rather to earn your repeat business and for you to refer me to others.

Questions to ask when choosing your Realtor

How many homes have you listed that failed to sell (expired)?
This gives you a picture of their ability to properly market your home.

What is your List Price to Sales Price ratio?
This shows you their ability to effectively price your home.

How long do your homes stay on the market?
This shows you the level of convenience you can expect during the process.

Do you have a written marketing plan for selling my home?
This will show you how much preparation they made prior to viewing your home.

Will there be any other costs besides your marketing fee (commission)?
This helps you avoid surprises along the way.
